2011 Junior Pan American Games - Diving (3m+10m)

The Junior Pan Am Games took place last month in Medellin, Colombia (under UANA sponsorship).

Expect later on this month for some nice diving photos from the 2011 Pan American Games which will take place in Guadalajara, Mexico. I will try to post them as soon as the diving events end.

2011 AT&T National Diving Championships

The AT&T National Diving Championships is one of USA Diving's most prestigious events. This diving competition took place between the 9th to the 14th of August 2011 at the Spieker Aquatic Center which is located in the UCLA campus. Since this is a national event, all participants were American divers. The diving photos from this event are definitely superb. Wouldn't you agree the that the diver with the white shiny one piece swimsuit made the best choice for the swimsuit? Please feel free to comment and choose your own favorite.

13th FINA World Championships (3) - 3m Diving

There has been great action in the Women's 3m springboard diving. The competition ended a month ago but I had no time to post. Here are some photos of the female divers in a pike position. If you look on their faces, you can really tell what an intense effort they put in. Their dedication is definitely something to admire.

13th FINA World Championships (2) - Synchro Diving

I have plenty of photos from the women synchronized diving events which I collected this passing week. I will add a few more posts with photos from all the women diving events later on. From all diving teams my heart was with the Japanese divers team. I wish they will be able to get medals next time (and also in the Olympics). Watch my blog for future updates.
